Personalized Care, Guided Through Two-Eyed Seeing

What Makes Our Integrative Medicine Practice Different

90-minute initial consultations, not rushed visits. We take time to understand your full health history and look more deeply at the factors that often get missed, including sleep, stress physiology, nutrition, hormones, metabolic patterns, and complex chronic symptoms.

Genomics-informed personalized care. We use advanced genomics through 3X4 Genetics to better understand how your body processes nutrients, inflammation, hormones, and stress, so care can be tailored more precisely to you.

Root-cause investigation. Rather than only managing symptoms, we look for the underlying drivers of illness, which may include hidden infections, gut dysfunction, toxic burden, nutrient depletion, immune dysregulation, or metabolic imbalance.

Whole-person therapeutic planning. Your care plan may include clinical nutrition, targeted supplements, conventional labs and diagnostics, stress regulation, mind-body approaches, and coordinated support alongside your existing healthcare team.

Conditions We Treat

If these concerns sound familiar, we may be able to help you uncover what is driving them and create a more personalized path forward.
